POLICIES

Refund Policy

All of our packages, auto-pays, and gift certificates are not

transferable to other clients, and cannot be combined with other

discounted offers. We do not offer cash refunds for services

provided. Clients have 24 hours from the performed service to

address any issues and have them fixed.

No Show Policy

By booking, you authorize this business to charge your credit

card a no-show fee of up to 100% of the scheduled services

cost should you miss your visit without proper notification.

Late Policy

If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late for their appointment

time, the staff at GROTTO may not be able to accommodate

some, or all, of the scheduled services due to booking constraints.

If the remaining appointment time will not allow for

completion of the scheduled services,

the client will be asked to reschedule for a

later date and time, and may be charged a late/cancellation

fee (ref: cancellation policy).

We strongly suggest that clients arrive shortly before their

scheduled appointment time to allow adequate time for

the check-in process to take place, and

to avoid any rescheduling for late arrivals.

Cancellation Policy

In order to best accommodate all clients needs, the staff at

GROTTO requires a 24 hour cancellation notice for all

appointments. Although we realize that this is not

always possible, please let your esthetician know as soon as

possible so that scheduling adjustments can be made.

Cancellations not made 24 hours prior to the appointment time

will be charged 50% of the scheduled services cost.

We will be requiring all clients to have a credit card on file.

Your card will not be charged, but held in case of a no-show,

in which 100% of the scheduled services

cost will be charged,
